Cashier

Experience: 1–2 Years
Education: Minimum Matriculation

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling daily cashier operations, processing customer transactions, managing payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Transactions: Scan items, weigh produce, and accurately enter product codes into the till system.

• Handle Payments: Receive cash, process credit/debit card payments, provide correct change, and issue receipts.

• Cash Management: Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure cash security.

• Customer Service: Welcome customers, answer product-related questions, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints.

• Follow Store Policies: Apply coupons, process gift cards, and verify customer age for restricted purchases.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Matriculation qualification.

• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Basic cash-handling and payment-processing skills.

• Good communication and customer service abilities.

• Accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.
