📋 Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement game plans and match strategies.

• Plan and evaluate pre- and post-tournament preparations.

• Improve team performance and international rankings.

• Enhance players’ fitness standards in coordination with support staff.

• Develop individual cricket skills and maintain consistent performance.

• Build a sustainable team culture aligned with international requirements.

• Help the team achieve excellence in international competitions.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation.

• At least 10 years of proven coaching experience at the elite national or domestic level.

• Experience preparing cricketers to meet international standards.

• Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.

• Expertise in team planning and individual skill development.

• Ability to monitor and evaluate performance using international best practices.

• Ability to establish and monitor KPIs for players and coaches.

• Excellent leadership and management abilities.

• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.

• High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
