Position Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly branch deposit targets, including New-to-Bank (NTB) and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) customers, with a focus on CASA.

• Meet assigned cross-functional business targets.

• Improve customer service turnaround times (TATs) by handling complaints and inquiries promptly.

• Ensure smooth branch operations through efficient processes and improved quality assurance, FTC, and audit performance.

• Implement bank policies and procedures in accordance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines and Prudential Regulations.

• Drive business growth while maintaining operational standards.

• Lead branch staff and ensure effective performance management and productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized or foreign university.

Experience:

- Minimum 2 to 7 years of banking experience.

Age Limit:

- Maximum 55 years as of the application date.

Preference:

- Candidates with relevant banking experience will be preferred.
