Department Manager Security

The Department Manager Security will be responsible for managing the overall security operations of the retail store, ensuring the safety of employees, customers, and company assets while preventing theft, inventory losses, and security risks.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Security Management certification or relevant training will be preferred.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in security operations.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Retail security experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all security operations within the retail store.

• Ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and company assets.

• Supervise security personnel, duty rosters, and staff deployment.

• Monitor CCTV surveillance and ensure security equipment functions properly.

• Prevent theft, shoplifting, pilferage, and inventory losses.

• Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks.

• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.

• Ensure proper checking of incoming and outgoing goods and personnel.

• Coordinate with store management and law enforcement agencies when required.

• Ensure compliance with company security policies, emergency procedures, and safety standards.
