The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bank's brand reputation, corporate communications, media relations, and digital presence while ensuring effective communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand & Reputation Management: Safeguard and enhance the bank's public image and corporate reputation.

• Media Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry analysts.

• Crisis Communication: Prepare and lead communication strategies in response to sensitive or high-risk situations.

• Internal Communications: Ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication with employees, aligned with organizational culture and strategy.

• Regulatory Awareness: Ensure all communication activities comply with applicable banking and financial regulations.

• Digital & Social Media Strategy: Oversee the bank's digital presence, social media content, and online audience engagement.

• Executive Messaging: Assist senior leadership with speeches, official statements, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Measurement & Reporting: Monitor communication performance, evaluate impact, and improve strategies accordingly.
