Job Description

Zindagi Trust is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead HR operations, manage employee-related matters, and ensure effective HR practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll inputs, attendance, leave, contracts, letters, and employee records on the HRIS.

• Ensure organizational compliance with EOBI, SESSI, labour laws, group health and life insurance, and HR policies.

• Lead recruitment activities, including identifying staffing needs, preparing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, hiring, and onboarding.

• Manage the annual goal-setting, performance appraisal, and increment cycle.

• Support managers with probation, promotions, and employee performance matters.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff concerns fairly and confidentially.

• Organize employee induction and staff development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.

• Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements in Sindh.

• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, including Excel.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources.

• At least 3 years of experience leading HR operations or managing an HR team.
