Finance Officer

Experience: Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in the non-profit sector, preferably in a similar role.

Position Overview

CSSP is hiring a Finance Officer for its Finance & Compliance Department at its Head Office in Hyderabad, Sindh. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing payments, monitoring project expenditures, and ensuring financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records, books of accounts, and documentation.

• Process payments, invoices, salaries, and reimbursements.

• Manage bank accounts, cashbooks, and petty cash reconciliations.

• Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.

• Ensure financial compliance with donor and organizational policies.

• Facilitate internal and external audits and maintain audit records.

• Coordinate with project teams on financial documentation and reporting.
