Education Required: Master's Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or a related discipline

READ Foundation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Regional Manager to lead and manage regional educational operations in Bhimber. The selected candidate will oversee educational quality, operational performance, financial sustainability, and human resource management while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Leadership & Performance: Lead educational, operational, and financial performance through approved plans and measurable KPIs.

• Educational Quality & Development: Drive improvements in teaching quality, literacy, numeracy, Tarbiyah, STEAM, digital learning, and continuous school improvement.

• Enrollment & Growth: Achieve enrollment and retention targets, reduce dropout rates, and identify opportunities for regional expansion.

• Financial & Operational Management: Oversee budgets, fee recovery, financial controls, school administration, asset management, and regulatory compliance.

• People Leadership: Lead, coach, and evaluate regional teams while strengthening staff capabilities and accountability.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, communities, and local partnerships.

• Governance & Reporting: Monitor regional KPIs, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strategic planning and educational leadership.

• People development, coaching, and change management.

• Financial oversight, operational compliance, and risk management.

• Data-led decision-making and SMS reporting.

• Strong coordination and management skills.
