Durbeen is seeking a digitally savvy and experienced Head of Communications to lead visual communication, marketing and digital engagement strategies. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in achieving measurable growth within the SME or Non-Profit sectors.

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Develop and implement visual communication and marketing strategies.

• Manage social media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other digital platforms.

• Drive measurable audience engagement and organizational growth.

• Use marketing tools such as MailChimp, Typeform, Slack, Trello and Google Analytics.

• Demonstrate basic technical skills in visual communication software, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
