Senior Manager Human Resource – Prospective

Durbeen is seeking an experienced and capable Senior Manager Human Resource – Prospective to lead HR operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage recruitment activities, and strengthen employee performance and development processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.

• Working knowledge of Sindh labour laws and statutory requirements.

• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience.

• At least 3 years of experience leading HR operations or managing an HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, including payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, employee contracts, official letters, and personnel records through HRIS.

• Ensure compliance with EOBI, SESSI, Sindh labour laws, and organizational HR policies.

• Oversee employee benefits, including group health and life insurance.

• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for faculty and staff, from job advertising to final selection and induction.

• Manage annual goal-setting, performance appraisals, salary increments, promotions, and probation reviews.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns with fairness and confidentiality.

• Organize employee orientation, induction, and professional development activities.
