Assistant Key Account Manager – Digital Commerce

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Development within the FMCG industry.

• Preference for candidates with experience in Sales or Key Account Management.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Profit & Loss (P&L) for the B2C e-commerce channel.

• Develop and implement digital commerce strategies to drive sales growth and market share.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and key accounts.

• Negotiate and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with e-commerce partners.

• Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

• Plan monthly promotional campaigns, discounts, budgets, and marketing activities.

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.

• Monitor sales targets, profitability, product assortment, and business performance.

• Strengthen strategic partnerships with e-commerce aggregators and distributors.
