Senior Manager Compliance

National Foods Limited is seeking an experienced and qualified professional for the position of Senior Manager Compliance in Karachi. The successful candidate will lead the company's ethics and compliance programs, oversee internal investigations, manage whistleblowing channels, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's ethics and compliance program.

• Develop, review, and maintain the Code of Conduct and compliance policies.

• Oversee anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and conflict-of-interest policies.

• Manage whistleblowing and integrity reporting channels.

• Lead internal investigations into misconduct and policy violations.

• Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitoring activities.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Develop employee awareness programs and compliance training.

• Coordinate with senior management, Legal, HR, and relevant committees.

• Report major compliance issues to senior management and the Board Audit Committee.

• Continuously improve compliance procedures and governance frameworks.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

• LLB or Master's degree will be preferred.

Experience:

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in compliance, ethics, legal, audit, or risk management.

• Experience in a listed company or multinational organization is preferred.

• Practical experience in internal investigations and whistleblowing programs is highly desirable.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of corporate compliance and governance.

• Investigation and risk assessment skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance policies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
