Sr. Executive Payables

Position Purpose

Bestway Cement Limited is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional for the position of Sr. Executive Payables. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing and verifying service-based payments, reconciling invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely payment operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process outgoing payment transactions through SAP while ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Handle daily financial transactions, including verification, classification, and recording of accounts payable data.

• Ensure timely vendor payments according to SOPs and agreed credit terms.

• Coordinate with the Budgeting and Planning team regarding CAPEX-related expenses.

• Record CAPEX and project-related transactions under the appropriate WBS and AUC codes after obtaining necessary approvals.

• Review and validate credits, refunds, retentions, and chargebacks while maintaining accurate records.

• Ensure correct Income Tax and Sales Tax deductions according to applicable regional tax regulations, including PRA, KPRA, FBR, and SRB.

• Verify vendor and authority payments through NTN, CNIC, and STRN records.

• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure all invoices, bills, and payments are accurately recorded and posted.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• BBA or MBA in Finance.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.

• Good understanding of financial transactions and accounts payable procedures.
