🎓 Qualification

• Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized university.

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field will be preferred.

• Degree from a reputable foreign university is also acceptable.

💼 Experience

• Minimum 08–12 years of progressive HR experience.

• 03–05 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a banking organization.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Culture Transformation: Develop and implement BOK's Target Culture Framework to promote customer-centricity, accountability, and high performance.

• Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, including structural restructuring, digital transformation, and operational improvements.

• Employee Engagement: Plan and implement employee engagement activities, town halls, leadership sessions, and feedback initiatives.

• Capability Development: Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and training programs to strengthen change management skills among managers.

• Governance & Compliance: Ensure all initiatives comply with SBP regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal bank policies.

• Executive Reporting: Monitor progress and report key developments directly to executive management.
