Education:

• MBA will be preferred.

Experience:

- Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience.

💼 Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales and service plans to achieve assigned business growth targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and emerging markets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients.

• Promote and sell banking products and financial services according to bank policies.

• Achieve assigned sales targets while following ethical business practices and SOPs.

• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.

• Explain product features, terms, and conditions to prospective customers.

• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.

• Ensure timely loan repayments and proactive recovery through regular customer communication.

• Handle customers' legal documents carefully and maintain confidentiality.

• Prepare weekly field activity plans and monitor performance.

• Conduct regular customer meetings as per product requirements.

• Process loan applications in compliance with banking policies and procedures.

• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve service-related concerns.

• Monitor potential fraud risks and report suspicious activities to management.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, product SOPs, and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.

• Protect the bank's reputation by following internal control and risk management standards.
