Job Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of Home Remittance policies and procedures.

• Manage authorization of transactions requiring manual intervention, including AML compliance.

• Ensure accurate entries and authorizations in the Core Banking System.

• Handle partner queries, proof of payment, and operational support.

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of internal, partner, and Moneta accounts.

• Manage partner invoicing and financial coordination.

• Coordinate legal agreements, NDAs, and addendums with internal and external stakeholders.

• Prepare and submit required State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reports.

• Coordinate with compliance teams for SBP approval of new partners.

• Liaise with SBP regarding home remittance-related matters.

• Manage internal, external, and SBP audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
