Divisional Head Learning & Development – HRDG

Grade: VP to SVP

Bank of Khyber is seeking an experienced and qualified professional for the position of Divisional Head Learning & Development – HRDG at its Head Office in Peshawar. The selected candidate will lead the bank's learning and development strategy, employee training programs, leadership development, and organizational capability-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the bank's long-term Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, policies, and governance framework.

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop competency frameworks and role-based learning programs.

• Establish and manage the Bank's Learning Academy, including induction, Management Trainee programs, and professional certifications.

• Develop leadership and succession planning programs through coaching, assessments, and training initiatives.

• Ensure completion of mandatory regulatory training, including AML/CFT, KYC, cybersecurity, and Code of Conduct.

• Strengthen employee capabilities in sales, customer service, credit, trade, treasury, and Islamic banking.

• Introduce digital learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and learning analytics.

• Manage internal trainers, external training providers, and learning budgets while measuring training effectiveness and return on investment.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Graduation) from an HEC-recognized university.

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.

• Degrees from reputable foreign universities are also acceptable.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.

• At least 5 years of relevant leadership experience in a bank.
