📋 Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the field collection workforce.

• Ensure compliance with the Collection Code of Conduct and Fair Debt Collection Guidelines.

• Follow State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and prudential requirements.

• Conduct physical customer visits to collect overdue payments and ensure timely deposits.

• Visit customers who are not responding to contact attempts and prepare visit reports.

• Identify problematic accounts and recommend suitable recovery solutions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Maintain professional conduct, office discipline, and compliance with bank procedures.

• Coordinate with legal and other departments regarding recovery cases.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 55 years as of the application date.
