Business Development Officer

Allied Bank Limited is seeking motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development Officer. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing sales activities, achieving business targets, and developing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and achieve monthly targets for CASA deposits.

  Advertisement

• Promote consumer banking products.

• Drive cross-selling initiatives to increase business opportunities.

• Promote mutual fund products.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, business trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop knowledge of banking operations, internal controls, trade finance, and related banking functions.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university in Pakistan or abroad.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a specialization in Commerce or Business.

CGPA / Division:

• Minimum CGPA of 2.5 or 2nd Division.

• For percentage-based grading systems, at least 45% marks in the graduation degree are required.

Age Limit:

- Maximum 35 years.

Experience:

• Previous experience is not mandatory.

• Candidates with experience in deposit mobilization and sales will be preferred.

Job Locations

- All major cities across Pakistan.
