Branch Manager

Faysal Bank Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Branch Manager.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving branch profitability, developing new business relationships, strengthening existing customer relationships, and promoting cross-selling of the Bank's products and services. The role also involves delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining a high-quality financing and investment portfolio to minimize losses, and ensuring compliance with the Bank's internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations, business development, customer mobilization, and relationship management to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Monitor branch sales performance and action plans, while proactively supporting staff in achieving business targets.

• Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and service quality when dealing with customers.

• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, services, and systems to minimize operational and business risks.

• Ensure that employees receive appropriate training to perform their duties effectively.

• Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to improve staff motivation, performance, and morale.

• Ensure all branch expenditures remain within the approved budget.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

• Experience: At least 4 years of relevant retail banking experience.

• Location: Pakistan.
