Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development and Sales

• Enhance branch business volumes across relevant business segments, including liabilities, consumer product cross-selling, wealth management, and digital products.

• Develop thorough business plans and achieve annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Lead and motivate the branch team to ensure efficient performance and business growth.

2. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

• Ensure all account-opening procedures and branch business activities comply with the bank's internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Regularly review the branch portfolio and ensure timely reporting to relevant authorities.

• Stay updated on changes in the regulatory framework and implement necessary measures.

3. Deposit Retention and Dormant Account Management

- Focus on deposit retention and implement strategies to manage dormant accounts effectively.

4. Complaint Management and Escalation Control

- Manage customer complaints efficiently and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.

5. Service Quality Assurance

- Maintain high service quality standards and ensure a positive customer experience across branch operations.
