Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives and expand market share.

• Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies to acquire affluent and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNW) customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and portfolio growth to ensure achievement of targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and long-term business growth.

• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and applicable Shariah principles.
