Head of Quality Assurance (QA Head)

• Lead the independent Software Quality Assurance (SQA) unit across Core Banking (Temenos T24), Payment Switch (IRIS), Digital Channels (Dost App), and API integrations.

• Develop and implement automated regression testing suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines.

• Conduct code quality checks, security vulnerability assessments, and defect analysis before business UAT.

• Establish and enforce Quality Assurance (QA) standards and Definition of Done (DoD) criteria.

• Manage QA teams, testing resources, test coverage, defect tracking, and performance testing.

• Collaborate with Business Analysis and IT Delivery teams to validate user requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure software quality and reliability before production releases.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience:

• Minimum 8–10+ years of dedicated Software Quality Assurance and Testing experience.

• Relevant experience in enterprise banking environments, including Core Banking, Payment Switches, and Mobile Applications.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of Selenium, JMeter, Appium, Postman, and RestAssured.

• Strong understanding of Temenos T24 Core Banking, ISO 8583 Payment Switch messaging, and RESTful APIs.

• Experience with Agile QA practices and automated regression testing.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jira, TestRail, and security vulnerability scanning.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, bug-identification, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB Advanced or Expert Level Certification.

• Practical experience with DevOps and automated deployment pipelines.
