📌 Job Overview

Bank of Khyber is seeking an experienced and strategic banking professional for the position of Head of Institutional Sales & Employee Banking – RBG at its Head Office in Peshawar. The ideal candidate will lead institutional sales strategies, expand corporate banking relationships, and drive employee banking business growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Growth

• Develop and implement strategies for Institutional Sales and Employee Banking to achieve business targets.

• Acquire new institutional clients for payroll, salary disbursement, and corporate employee banking services.

2. Product Development & Cross-Selling

• Collaborate with Product, Branch Banking, and Consumer Assets teams to develop customized employee banking solutions.

• Drive cross-selling of retail banking products across the acquired institutional customer base.

3. Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives of target institutions.

• Lead the team in developing a strong business pipeline across public-sector, private-sector, and multinational organizations.

🎓 Qualification & Education

• Minimum qualification: Graduation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Banking, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or reputable foreign university will be preferred.

💼 Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of Commercial Banking experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant senior or leadership position.

• Islamic Banking experience will be an added advantage.
