Officer – Process Design, Productivity & Controls (PDPC)

Department: Centralized Operations Department – Operations Group

Meezan Bank Limited is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Officer – Process Design, Productivity & Controls (PDPC) at its Head Office in Karachi.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying process gaps, improving operational productivity, strengthening internal controls, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institute/university.

• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of business process re-engineering and improvement.

• Knowledge of internal controls and risk evaluation.

• Technical writing and Business Requirement Document (BRD) preparation.

• Stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and strengthen operational controls.

• Design and improve business processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and support implementation to ensure effective adoption of process improvements.

• Evaluate internal controls and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and banking practices.
