Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking an experienced and qualified professional for the position of Banking Services Manager at its Sargodha Branch.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking policies and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations, managing operational activities, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the branch operations team.

• Coordinate with the Branch Manager to achieve operational targets.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, SOPs, internal controls, and SBP regulations.

• Supervise daily branch operations and banking transactions.

• Ensure proper management of cash, vaults, and security arrangements.

• Monitor account opening, deposits, cash handling, clearing, remittances, and recovery operations.

• Authorize and supervise financial and non-financial transactions.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, MIS, and daily account balancing.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely compliance.

• Monitor staff performance, punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct.

• Manage branch staff-related HR and administrative matters.

• Ensure proper record-keeping and security of confidential documents and assets.

• Maintain coordination between different banking departments.

• Identify suspicious activities and report operational risks.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Commerce from a reputable institution.

• MBA will be preferred (subject to approval).

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
